Court Programs

Court Addiction Diversion (CAD) Program
This program will provide residential treatment services to individuals who are involved with the court system and have an alcohol or other drug problem. Patients will be sent into treatment instead of being sent to jail. By participating in the CAD program and achieving sobriety, these patients will stop committing their substance abuse related crimes. This will alleviate the courts of the burden of over-populated jails and will enable the patients to become productive members of society.
Adults Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor (ACDM) Program
The ACDM program is a 72-hour in-house residential program consisting of education, small group sessions and individual sessions. These sessions focus on how alcohol and other drugs affect children, roles parents can play in keeping their children from using alcohol and drugs, communication skills and other issues related to underage use.
