HIV Early Intervention Specialist
COMPASS Corporation for Recovery Services is seeking a dedicated HIV Early Intervention Specialist (approximately 10 hours per month). Proficiency in Spanish is required as well as some translation for our Spanish speaking clients. The ideal candidate would be responsible for providing early intervention and prevention services to those at high risk for HIV, STDs, and hepatitis. Excellent communication and documentation skills are required, as well as adherence to patient confidentiality. A bachelor’s degree in a human services (or related) field and prevention certification (OCPS-I) is preferred. The candidate must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and his/her own reliable transportation.

Director of Business and Marketing Development:
COMPASS Corporation for Recovery Services, a non-profit organization which provides sub-acute detoxification, residential and outpatient alcohol and other drug counseling services, is seeking a dynamitic and experienced Business and Marketing Director. This position is part of the executive management team and is responsible for the identification and implementation of developing contacts through individual businesses, corporations, foundations, and other community funding groups. Responsibilities also include executing external marketing campaigns of the services of the agency as well as grant researching, writing, reporting, and contract compliance. The professional will demonstrate knowledge of local community resourses and plan special events which highlight the agency’s mission and services. The qualified applicant must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or a related field. Computer literacy and proficiency is required. Salary is based on degree and experience.
